The spacious Chalet was perfect, with clean linens and a tidy bathroom, which contributed to a comfortable sleep. Although the reception process was chaotic, with a delay in getting our room while others were checked in ahead of us, the friendliness of the staff stood out. The large breakfast spread offered plenty of options, including delicious meat dishes. A pleasing experience despite some organizational hiccups.

original hotel and the location in the communal gardens was perfect. well-trained staff as i wanted. the service was very good with parking on-site. i had access to free parking, clean pool.

Consider requesting an electric auto rickshaw for safe transport to and from the beach, especially with children.

Walking distance to the restaurant Gigi Park. It was a nice experience. We loved the food and service. Interesting place for vacation in Benaulim.

I enjoyed staying in this good quality hotel based in a Colonial building. It was in the remote location, had extremely helpful staff who deliver excellent customer service. The breakfast in the garden restaurant for lunch and dinner was plentiful and lovely.

Service is bad and the breakfast is disgusting. Quite overpriced for what you get in return.

This hotel is conveniently located near the beach which makes it easy to go for a stroll or swim. There are also drop-off services to the railway station nearby. The restaurant provides good vegetarian food options. The rooms are well-appointed and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The location's lush greenery and spacious rooms offered tranquility. Each morning, the good breakfast included fresh dosa made to order.

We encountered a noisy group that affected our peaceful stay. Their loud conversations continued late into the night, disturbing our sleep.

During our 4-night stay, the spacious Deluxe Double Room and the fantastic buffet breakfast were highlights for our family. The serene ambiance and clean swimming pool contributed to a relaxing experience, although the recreational room could use better maintenance and more activities for children. the staff, especially Mr Prasad in the dining area, ensured we had a memorable stay.

The pool was clean and refreshing. The location was perfect and just a short walk to the beach.

The guest rooms are decent and provide a pleasant space to unwind after a long day. The hotel's layout offers a decent swimming pool that's refreshing on hot days, although the seating can get a bit crowded at times.

There was a wedding taking place that really overshadowed the overall experience. The DJ cranked it up loud enough that I was like I was in a cantina on Coruscant. The walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. The amenities are pretty bare-bones, with the café shut and the games room undergoing painting. And for check-out, no one seemed to be available to lend a hand when I could have used an extra hand getting my bags out.
